Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items to be returned must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns at the customer's request.

*Return process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at Ikoikosaku@gmail.com. Please include your order number and product name. After receiving confirmation of your return request via email, please send the item to us.


*Refunds

After receiving your return, we will confirm the condition of the merchandise and process the return. Please allow at least 14 days after receiving the merchandise for the return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card statement.

*Exceptions

In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us at the address below to arrange for a refund or replacement. Please note that due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these items, exchanges may not be possible. Refunds will be issued in such cases.

返品をご希望の場合は、Ikoikosaku@gmail.com まで商品到着後７日以内にご連絡いください。返品を希望される場合は、メールにて確認後、商品を元のパッケージに入れ、ご返送お願いします。
メールにてご返送先をお知らせします。メールにはオーダーナンバー、商品名を記載ください。 不具合での返品は送料当社負担、お客さま都合での返品の際には送料をご負担お願いします。

*返金について

返品をお受けした後、商品の状態を確認し、返品手続きを行います。返品処理には、商品到着後少なくとも14日間を要します。クレジットカード会社によっては、クレジットカードの明細に表示されるまでに1～2週間かかる場合があります。

*例外事項

不良品、破損品の場合、返金または交換、修理の手配をいたしますので、下記までご連絡ください。
一点物のため、交換ができない場合がございます、ご了承ください。その際にはご返金をいたします。
