47. Silver Ring [HANAFUDA] / 23R

This is a series of silver rings with one of our favorite patterns from the IKOI The design is inspired by traditional Japanese playing cards HANAFUDA".

Enjoy it in coordination with the IKOI Workshop rings. Of course, also on its own. 
Over time, the sulphation of the silver will further reveal the pattern.

このシルバーリングシリーズのデザインは、粒金細工が施されています。
粒金細工はまだ鋭い刃物がなかった古い時代のジュエリーの作り方で、発掘品やアンティークのジュエリーの雰囲気イメージしてデザインしました。

The designs of these silver ring series are inlaid with granulated goldsmith's work.
Granework is an ancient method of jewelry making in which sharp blades were not yet available, and the use of this technique gives the rings the feel of found objects or antique rings.

The design of these rings is based on a line engraved pattern with rounded corners.
The rounded corners are inspired by jewelry from the olden days when there were no sharp blades yet.
They also have the texture of well-worn jewellery.
